The change in women’s roles is crawling across the planet – changing it as it goes. I thought that your inference about if men felt the same (about making the choice between volunteering…) was interesting. I think that the way that women’s rolls will change the planet will be in a very whole way. We are still natural nurturers but that doesn’t mean we can’t be driven, and powerful and successful in other areas. It means that we will bring a different element to these leadership rolls. Excited to see what the future brings 🙂
